For a group of people that is so dependent on economic growth in order keep the proletariat from rising up and murdering them in their sleep, the party is frighteningly naive about businesses' needs for clear and reliable communications. This is getting to the point where it's really starting to affect my business. I can't have a conversation with family at home on skype without the VPN (even just audio) because the connection is so bad recently, but none of the VPN options I have readily available are working now either.
It's bad enough that I have to jump through all sorts of hoops in order to bypass the firewall just to get to a gmail account because some moron gets all bent out of shape over google's "lack of respect", but when they start to shut down even those options. I've been in country for over a decade now, and I've just about had it. I can get it to connect, even connect to webpages and start loading them, but it is too slow to load any pictures or video. On the desktop, OpenVPN, which has been mostly working for me is also unusable. I can't get any webpages or get skype to connect, etc.
When I do manage to connect, and authenticate, etc. Anyone else having problems with Astrill VPN on Android? I haven't been able to connect (and get data from the connection) for a couple of days now, from multiple locations.
